HOW IT WORKS

•  

  1. Client orders an EP package, ie.: travelling from corporate residence to “Congress-stan” at a certain date/time.
     
     
  2. ES confirms, signs an NDA and asks the following standard questions:

   

  • Why do you need EP officers (threat, insurance demand, branding)?
  • Risk- and threat assessment (if any),
  • Expected duration of protection and
  • Local assets to support EP program? (Everything from PA/EA to travel agents or concierges)
  • Do you need an intelligence report to support your own risk- and threat assessment?
    
    When the answers have been received, ES will assess and send a quotation to you. Our quote will, where applicable, include;

   

  • An intelligence report scope and price
  • A risk assessment price (If none exists, we insist on making one)
  • A pre-advance/advance scope and price
  • Approximate EP officers’ hours and price
  • Special services hours and prices
     
    

Once you have received and agreed, we will proceed with planning. Depending on type and size of assignment, we will either have a meeting to decide the level of security, secrecy, and general service or, with larger operations, divide the operation into several different sub-plans and launch dates, as with most other projects.

When we are operational, you will receive agreed reports (intel and advance), a short daily report and a final debriefing report, if nothing major has occurred. Should something happen, we will update you as soon as possible and lay out actions already taken and any possible solutions moving forward.

If you have entered an annual EP contract with ES, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual meetings may be required to tweak the Service Level Agreement.
